Job Overview

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Concrete Worker to join our General Department in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for those starting their careers in the construction industry, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills.

As a Concrete Worker, you will be involved in various tasks related to the pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete, contributing directly to the success of our construction projects. You will work alongside a skilled team, helping to create safe and durable structures that meet our clients' needs and specifications. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 5,500 - AED 6,500 monthly, along with a supportive work environment aimed at fostering professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean the site for concrete pouring
• Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
• Finish surfaces to meet quality standards
• Assist in the installation of concrete forms and reinforcements
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction
