Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE construction standards. The ideal candidate will manage site supervision, workforce coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and project execution across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and workforce operations
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and daily work schedules
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards
• Oversee quality control, site inspections, and material usage
• Enforce health & safety (HSE) policies and site safety procedures
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
• Ensure proper resource allocation and labor management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Civil Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
• Knowledge of HSE compliance and UAE building regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects
• Certification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
• UAE construction project experience is highly preferred
