Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and project-related communications
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and technical teams
- Provide accurate project updates and service information to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently
- Maintain CRM systems and customer service documentation
- Schedule site visits, follow-ups, and service appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications
