Job Overview

IIQAF Group is urgently hiring an experienced Fabricator in Dubai for our ongoing construction projects across the UAE. We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator / Metal Fabricator with hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication, cutting, welding, assembling, and installation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform steel fabrication and metal fabrication works as per approved drawings
• Cut, shape, and assemble structural steel and metal components
• Interpret and read technical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery (grinders, cutting torch, welding machines)
• Conduct welding, fitting, grinding, drilling, and finishing works
• Fabricate and install structural frames, handrails, staircases, supports, and brackets
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
• Follow UAE construction safety standards and site safety procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams

Requirements

• Experience in structural steel fabrication, metal works, and site installation
• Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Experience working on commercial and residential construction projects
• Good knowledge of safety standards in Dubai construction sites
• ITI / Technical Diploma preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
