IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced Fitter in Dubai for our ongoing construction and industrial projects across the UAE. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter / Construction Fitter with strong experience in installation, assembly, alignment, and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting and installation works on construction sites
• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and equipment
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans
• Install pipes, supports, brackets, frames, and structural components
• Perform alignment, leveling, and fitting of mechanical systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately
• Support welding and fabrication activities when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical fitting, pipe fitting, structural installation
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of site installation procedures
• Strong understanding of tools and equipment handling
• Good problem-solving skills
• ITI / Technical Diploma in Mechanical field preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
