Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team in Sydney. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or event venues who are passionate about delivering excellent food and beverage service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hospitality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
• Set up and clear tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety and WHS standards
• Assist with banquets, events, room service, and special functions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Process payments and operate POS systems when required
• Support kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant, Waiter, Server, or Hospitality Assistant
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Hospitality or RSA certification is an advantage
