Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our esteemed establishment in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a critical role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage visitor sign-in and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs and facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with booking or CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
