Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our esteemed team as Ground Staff in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. As a vital part of our operations, Ground Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services. This position requires individuals who are customer-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at handling various tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ground Staff are responsible for facilitating the travel experience of our clients, from check-in to baggage handling and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding procedures, and baggage handling.
- Coordinate with airlines, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth ground operations.
- Manage passenger flow and provide clear communication regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger information and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or travel-related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or check-in systems is advantageous.

Pay: AED 6,500.00 – AED 7,500.00 per month
