Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our hospitality properties in the UK. The successful candidate will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming in line with hospitality standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong hotel housekeeping, cleaning, and guest-service awareness in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Ensure housekeeping tasks meet hospitality cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Change linens, restock amenities, and manage laundry support
• Follow health & safety, COSHH, and infection-control procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
• Support housekeeping supervisors and team members as needed
• Deliver a high standard of guest satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Hotel Housekeeper, or Cleaning Operative
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
• Professional attitude with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
• Knowledge of COSHH, infection control, and workplace safety
• Experience working in high-volume or premium hospitality environments
