Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our esteemed hospitality team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start their career in the vibrant hospitality industry.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities. You will oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas meet our guests' expectations for comfort and hygiene. This position allows you to contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience and satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 9,000 - AED 11,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities and staff performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and communication
