Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in our hospitality establishments in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, hygiene maintenance, and smooth kitchen workflow, ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and food items
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
• Support dishwashing and waste management operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Store food items properly and label ingredients
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Comply with UAE health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Support
• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering companies
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Multicultural work experience in Dubai or UAE kitchens
