IIQAF is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining patient medical records, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and supporting healthcare providers in accessing necessary information. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 6,500 - AED 7,500 monthly, along with a supportive work environment conducive to professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update patient medical records accurately
• Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards
• Assist healthcare providers in retrieving patient information
• Manage the filing and organization of medical documents
• Handle requests for patient records in a timely manner
• Support the implementation of electronic health record systems
• Conduct regular audits of medical records for accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health information management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
