Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser in Abu Dhabi to support product display, inventory coordination, and promotional activities within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, stock replenishment, retail display management, product promotion, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·        Arrange and maintain attractive product displays and merchandising layouts

·        Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products

·        Coordinate with suppliers, store staff, and inventory teams

·        Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed

·        Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities

·        Track sales trends and customer preferences

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas

·        Prepare merchandising reports and inventory updates

·        Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and procedures

Requirements

·        High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

·        Experience in hospitality, retail, or FMCG industry preferred

·        Strong organizational and communication skills

·        Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising principles

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

·        UAE experience preferred
