Job Summary

IIQAF Group is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Operator to support our hospitality operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing food and hospitality products in accordance with company standards, hygiene regulations, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack food items, beverages, and hospitality supplies according to standards
• Perform manual and machine-assisted packing operations
• Ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and quantity checks
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines
• Inspect products for quality before packing
• Maintain cleanliness of packing areas and equipment
• Meet daily production and packing targets
• Follow workplace safety and hospitality compliance procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Packing Operator, Packing Assistant, or Production Packer
• Knowledge of hospitality or food packing procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Physically fit for standing and repetitive packing work
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, catering, restaurant, or food production packing
• Familiarity with packing machines and tools
• Knowledge of FIFO, inventory handling, and stock rotation
