Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level professionals to kickstart their careers in the hospital and healthcare industry.

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in improving the physical well-being of our patients through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care, helping patients regain their mobility and enhance their quality of life. We offer a competitive salary range of 14,000 - 15,000 AED monthly, along with a supportive environment for professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments and evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises and techniques
• Educate patients and their families on recovery and health management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Entry-level experience or internship in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
