IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government liaison, visa processing, and labor documentation for our construction operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and municipality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, and other government authorities
- Manage labor contracts, work permits, and company documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and construction industry regulations
- Process trade license renewals and company registrations
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and government records
- Coordinate medical tests, labor cards, and residency permits
- Monitor updates in UAE government policies and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai, preferably in the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and government portals
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, and free zones
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
- Experience working with large construction or contracting companies
