In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of properties with a focus on hospitality-oriented real estate, including hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals. You will utilize your expertise to evaluate properties, negotiate transactions, and foster relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and contract preparations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Represent IIQAF professionally at networking events and industry functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property laws, and transaction procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in real estate sales and hospitality management are a plus.
