Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors promptly and courteously.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain patient privacy at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in health care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems, appointment scheduling software, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
