We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will be vital in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be involved in various projects aimed at optimizing client relationships and maximizing customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop customized solutions to meet clients' requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospital/Health Care industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
