Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, promotions, and rates to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and accommodations promptly and professionally.
  • Confirm reservations and send out booking confirmations to guests.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and update availability and inventory in the reservation system to maximize occupancy rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
