Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to step into the hospitality industry and make a significant impact on our restaurant's operations and guest experiences.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your contributions will help elevate the dining experience and uphold IIQAF's commitment to quality and excellence in the hospitality sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 9,500 - AED 11,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Assist in menu planning and inventory management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction
• Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and order
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Assist in maintaining health and safety regulations
• Participate in staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Customer service oriented with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required
