Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food and beverage operations, staff supervision, customer service, team leadership, and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and food & beverage operations
• Lead and manage service staff including waiters and hosts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor food quality, service efficiency, and cleanliness
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Train, schedule, and motivate restaurant team members
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and service standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as Restaurant Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or Team Leader
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• UAE experience preferred
