Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence in guest service within the vibrant hospitality industry.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact our guests' experiences and satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 5,000 - AED 6,500 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development in your career in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet quality standards
• Change bed linens and towels in accordance with hotel policies
• Restock guestroom supplies such as toiletries and refreshments
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services
• Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
• Assist in training new team members as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
