Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard in Doha to ensure the safety and security of our hospitality facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property
• Control access to facilities and verify credentials of visitors
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms
• Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and irregularities
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations
• Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency drills
• Coordinate with hotel management and law enforcement when required
• Provide excellent guest service while maintaining security protocols
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and security equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience as Security Guard, Hotel Security Officer, or Hospitality Security Staff
• Knowledge of Qatar security regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid Qatar Security License is an advantage
• Immediate availability preferred
