Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a passionate and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in the vibrant hospitality industry, providing exceptional wellness services to our valued clients.

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality treatments and therapies that enhance the overall wellness experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each guest receives personalized care in a relaxing environment, contributing to their rejuvenation and satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary range of 7,500 - 8,500 AED monthly and the chance to grow your career in a supportive and enriching atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages and facials
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate therapies
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques
• Assist in promoting spa services and packages
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

• Certification in massage therapy or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for wellness and customer service
• Basic knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle client concerns professionally
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is a plus
