Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming before painting
• Apply spray paint, coatings, and finishes on walls, ceilings, and structural components
• Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and color accuracy
• Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and tools safely
• Inspect finished surfaces to identify and correct imperfections or defects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality finishes under deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and precision in painting work

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational certification in Painting, Industrial Coatings, or Construction Trades
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects in Dubai
• Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finishing standards
