Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, supplies, and stock in our hospitality operations in Dubai. The Storekeeper ensures that all hotel, restaurant, and catering supplies are accurately recorded, stored, and distributed efficiently to support smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory management, stock control, and hospitality supply operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store food, beverages, and hospitality supplies accurately
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory logs, and store documentation
- Issue and distribute supplies to kitchens, restaurants, and hotel departments
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams
- Assist with monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including trolleys or forklifts (if certified)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Associate
- Background in hospitality, hotel, or F&B supply operations preferred
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Physical ability to handle stock and supplies safely
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of hospitality inventory systems or POS integration
- Forklift or material handling certification is an advantage
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale catering operations
