Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper in Abu Dhabi to manage inventory, stock control, and storage operations within our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock handling, material receiving, and storekeeping procedures.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage daily storekeeping and inventory control operations

·        Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies

·        Maintain proper storage and organization of stock items

·        Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports

·        Issue materials and supplies to departments as required

·        Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits

·        Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement and transactions

·        Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams

·        Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of storage areas

Requirements

·        High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage

·        Experience in hospitality, hotel, or warehouse environment preferred

·        Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software

·        Strong organizational and numerical skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        UAE experience preferred
