Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory operations for our travel and tourism business in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement and vendor management
• Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers
• Monitor inventory, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure timely delivery of services and materials for travel operations
• Analyze supply chain data to improve cost efficiency and operational performance
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and service providers
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procurement policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Logistics Executive, or Procurement Officer
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, vendor coordination, and logistics processes
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working with UAE travel and tourism suppliers
• Knowledge of inventory control and cost management strategies
