Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Agent in Abu Dhabi to handle reservations, ticket bookings, and customer travel coordination within our hospitality and travel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing systems, reservation management, travel booking, customer service, and itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle ticket reservations, bookings, and cancellations for customers

·        Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and hospitality services

·        Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred) for ticketing operations

·        Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, and travel options

·        Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and itinerary updates

·        Maintain booking records and ensure system accuracy

·        Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and hospitality departments

·        Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to requests

·        Process payments, invoices, and ticket confirmations

Requirements

·        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field

·        Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred)

·        Strong communication and customer service skills

·        Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel regulations

·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        UAE travel or hospitality experience preferred
