Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
• Create tailored travel plans including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
• Coordinate bookings and manage travel arrangements with suppliers and partners.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and emerging destinations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the IIQAF team to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar hospitality/travel role.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using travel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
