Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Business Supplies and Equipment industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and enhancing overall productivity. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong organizational skill set and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the team as well as with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of business supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support project coordination and follow up on action items to meet deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, expense tracking, and order processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US).
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with inventory management or procurement processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administration or related fields are advantageous.

Pay: AED 6,000.00 – AED 6,500.00 per month
