Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The role involves delivering excellent service to guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in our hotels, restaurants, and catering venues.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fine dining, hotel restaurants, or high-volume hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, taking orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean and organized
• Provide menu guidance, recommendations, and answer guest inquiries
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain smooth operations
• Handle special requests, complaints, and guest feedback professionally
• Follow hospitality hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining areas and events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Food & Beverage Server, or Restaurant Staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Team player with strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotel restaurants, fine dining, or event catering
• Knowledge of POS systems and table service protocols
• Multilingual skills are a plus (English required; Arabic or other languages advantageous)
