Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress in Abu Dhabi to deliver excellent dining service within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, restaurant operations, guest service, order taking, and table service standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

·        Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

·        Serve food and drinks according to restaurant and hospitality standards

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest experience

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and tables

·        Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow

·        Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally

·        Present menus, explain dishes, and upsell menu items when appropriate

·        Process bills and payments when required

·        Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards

Requirements

·        Previous experience as Waiter, Waitress, or F&B Service Staff preferred

·        Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry is an advantage

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Customer-focused attitude with positive personality

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

·        Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

·        UAE hospitality experience preferred
