Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, receiving and dispatching goods, and storage management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies
• Organize and store inventory in the warehouse properly
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems
• Prepare and dispatch items to departments as required
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Coordinate with procurement and hospitality teams
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Follow UAE workplace safety and storage regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as Warehouse Assistant, Storekeeper, or Inventory Clerk
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or retail environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to lift and move supplies when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Immediate availability preferred
