Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Storeperson to join our hospitality operations team in Sydney. The role involves managing inventory, receiving and dispatching supplies, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations to support hotels, restaurants, and catering services.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, stock management, and logistics within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store food, beverages, and hospitality supplies accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery to hotels, restaurants, and events
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory logs, and warehouse documentation
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Storeperson, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Clerk
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or hotel supply chains preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and inventory control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Physical ability to lift and move stock safely
• Forklift certification is an advantage
