Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Success Coach to support and guide clients as they work toward clearly defined goals. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, and motivated by helping others succeed. As a Success Coach, you will serve as a consistent point of support, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities
    •    Build strong, supportive relationships with clients through virtual communication
    •    Assist clients in setting goals and developing structured action plans
    •    Monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide ongoing accountability
    •    Conduct coaching sessions via video calls, phone, or digital messaging
    •    Maintain accurate and confidential client records
    •    Communicate professionally and consistently with clients and internal teams
    •    Contribute to improving client success processes and outcomes

Requirements
    •    Experience in coaching, mentoring, client success, or a related support role
    •    Excellent communication and active listening skills
    •    Strong emotional intelligence and a client-centered mindset
    •    Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
    •    Comfort working in a fully remote environment
    •    Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and basic digital tools
    •    Professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
