ImpactX is on a mission to bring circularity to industrial scale in high tech. Based in the Brainport Eindhoven region, we work with leading OEMs, suppliers, knowledge institutes and government bodies to accelerate the circular transition across the high-tech sector.
What sets us apart from traditional consulting is how we work: through productized services and modular building blocks. This allows us to deliver deep, tailored impact for individual companies while building scalable solutions that drive the entire ecosystem forward.
We are in a rapid growth phase. Our programs have proven their value with a strong base of leading high-tech companies, and we are ready for the next step: expanding our impact by deepening client relationships, developing new value propositions, and entering new market segments. To fuel this growth, we are creating a dedicated Business Development role.
The Role
As Business Developer, you will be the driving force behind growing the impact and revenue of ImpactX. This is a consultative business development role. You operate at the front – where opportunities are not yet defined but need to be deeply understood, shaped, and turned into compelling value propositions.
You will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ circular ambitions, challenges, and business context. From that understanding, you create new value propositions – from zero – always thinking in modular building blocks and productized services. Your insights from client interactions directly feed into ImpactX’s product development, ensuring that what we build is rooted in real client needs.
You will progressively take over the business development function from our CEO, who will transition into a coaching and supporting role. You will own the client relationship from the first meeting onward – shaping scope, leading proposals, and closing deals.

Additional Details
Type: Full-time (36 hrs/week)
Location: Hybrid – regular presence in the Brainport Eindhoven area
Language: Dutch language proficiency is mandatory; fluent in English
