Are you an experienced leader in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in the high-tech industry? Do you feel at home engaging with C-level executives of leading companies while keeping a sharp eye on results and execution? Are you ready to drive one of the most unique and impactful circular business programs in Europe? If so, you might be the Program Manager we are looking for!
ImpactX is on a mission to transform the Brainport region into the high-tech circular capital of the world. Together with Brainport Industries, we lead the Circular Business Program Semicon (CBPS) – a coalition of around 20 partners including ASML, Prodrive, KMWE, Neways, VDL ETG, TNO, TU/e and many others. This coalition will continue to grow in the coming years, in The Netherlands as well as into Europe.
CBPS is unique in its kind: it brings together the full semiconductor equipment ecosystem to accelerate the shift to circular business. Not just the transition from linear to circular models, but all aspects needed to embed circularity in business: strategy, product and process design, supply chain collaboration, governance, financing, knowledge sharing and external positioning.
The program management role is organized around six work packages, covering everything from circular strategy development and coalition management to program management and governance, joint learning and communication. At the heart of this is the transformation roadmap: a living strategy that integrates insights from all projects and continuously spawns new initiatives for the coalition.
As Program Manager, you will take the lead in managing the program layer of CBPS. You will act as the central orchestrator: connecting ins & outs of projects, facilitating governance structures, and aligning all stakeholders. You will guide the continuous development of the transformation roadmap, ensuring that learnings and insights from ongoing projects feed into new projects and funding opportunities.
This role comes with significant complexity: you will be navigating many interdependencies between at least 6 different (multi-year) projects, across a coalition of ~20 high-tech companies, knowledge institutes and government bodies. You prepare and guide decision-making at C-level, manage program-level risks and dependencies, and ensure progress and financial & reporting requirements are met.
You will not be doing this alone: you will work closely with the Transition Manager and other colleagues from ImpactX, Brainport Industries and the senior project leads of participating companies. Your role is highly visible – you are the face of the program towards coalition partners, government bodies and external stakeholders.
At ImpactX, you will find yourself in the middle of where it truly happens: building circular business at scale in one of the most innovative industries in the world. We are frontrunners – not just talking, but doing. You will work with leading high-tech companies, government and research institutes to make circular business the new standard.
CBPS is a pioneering initiative, both in scope and ambition: no other program in Europe combines this level of industry commitment, coalition governance, and hands-on execution in the semiconductor domain for circularity. As Program Manager, you will play a central role in making this possible.
Our values: Ownership, growth mindset and collaboration. We offer a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration in the Brainport region. We believe in a good work-life balance, offering flexibility and a competitive salary. You will have high visibility, direct impact, and the chance to shape the future of circular business.
