Published 8 hours ago

Are you a driven project leader with experience in high-tech and a passion for circular innovation? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and sustainability? Are you ready to lead projects that bring together circularity, internal teams, external partners, budgets, and technical development — including new AI-driven solutions? If so, this could be your next role

ImpactX is on a mission to make the Brainport region the high-tech circular capital of the world. We accelerate the transition towards circular business together with OEMs, suppliers, knowledge institutes and government bodies. Our work covers exploring and implementing circular strategies, value chain collaboration, product design, and developing AI-enabled tools. With initiatives like the Circular Business Program Semicon and the Circular Innovation Program, we are pioneering the future of circularity in high-tech.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take charge of several projects that advance circular business in high tech. About half of your time you will work with external partners on Circular Innovation Programs — ensuring collaboration, progress and impact. The other half you will focus on internal product development projects, such as building AI-based training modules and digital tools that accelerate the circular transition.

This is not a typical project management role: you will collaborate directly with world-class leading high-tech companies, coordinate internal teams, and manage budgets and planning. You combine a technical mindset with the ability to translate ideas into phased, results-driven execution.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years working experience of which 3+ years of project management experience in the high-tech sector
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and budgets, while confidently managing an internal team.
  • Technical background or strong experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Ability to manage product development projects with a structured approach.
  • Strong motivation to contribute to the circular transition in high tech; we’ll help you build expertise.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a driver of new circular solutions.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Circular Innovation Programs with external partners, ensuring milestones and results are delivered, by co-creation with our customers.
  • Manage internal AI-driven product development projects, from concept to implementation.
  • Guide and support the internal project team, while fostering collaboration with OEMs, suppliers and knowledge institutes.
  • Represent ImpactX in client-facing projects and help position our work externally.

What you can expect from ImpactX

At ImpactX, you will find yourself in the middle where circular business truly is shaped in high tech. We are frontrunners — not just talking, but doing. You will manage projects with visible impact in one of Europe’s most innovative regions, while also developing internal tools that shape the future of circularity and AI.

We offer freedom to operate, ownership, and a growth mindset. Expect a mix of external exposure and internal innovation, and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving startup. We are a diverse team and work in a hybrid setup in the Brainport region. We believe in a good work-life balance, offering flexibility and a competitive salary. At ImpactX, you will help build the future of circular business — and see the results of your work at scale.
