Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably as a live chat or online support specialist.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and professionally.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage several chat sessions at once without compromising quality.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using live chat platforms, CRM tools, or customer service software.
