Indiana ABA Institute is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in San Francisco. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and contribute to the success of our organization in the applied behavior analysis field.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 - $105,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Assist in project management and tracking key initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with basic project management tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
