Indiana ABA Institute is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in San Francisco. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and contribute to the success of our organization in the applied behavior analysis field.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 - $105,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Assist in project management and tracking key initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
