Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in ERPNext development and customization
- Proven experience in full-cycle ERPNext implementation across multiple modules (HR, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with ERPNext server setup, performance optimization, and upgrades
- Proficiency in writing custom scripts, workflows, and integrating third-party tools with ERPNext

Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of Frappe Framework and Doctype customization
- Experience developing custom apps on the Frappe framework
