๐Ÿ” What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services and staffing space
Generate leads through outbound strategies โ€” LinkedIn, email, ZoomInfo, Apollo
Pitch Infinivis Globalโ€™s staffing solutions and close new business
Handle complete client onboarding โ€” from first call to agreement
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For
5โ€“8 years of experience in business development/sales in IT staffing
Proven success in client acquisition and handling the end-to-end sales cycle
Strong understanding of technical hiring, staff augmentation, and recruitment workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apo-llo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
