Shift: 1st shift - Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime on Saturdays 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Previous machine operator experience
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Fast pace environment 
Basic math and able to read measurements
Overview
Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures 
and guidelines. Attach trim to door subassembly. Uses hand tools and small power tools 
to assemble units
Responsibilities
• Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established 
procedures and guidelines
• Reads and interprets blue prints to select, position and secure machinery
• Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications 
in a timely fashion
• Works under immediate supervision
• Multi tasker with good organizational skills for managing stock and/or specials
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skill / Abilities
• Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment such as Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Stapler, Router, 
Tape Measure, Square
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity
• Must work at a fast pace where it is physically demanding
• Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours
• Constant attention to detail and accuracy of material placement
• Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris
• Ability to read tape measure to 1/32" inch and understand bill of materials
• Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to 
avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service
• Follow all operational and safety SOP’s as written
Qualifications
• High school diploma or its equivalent, preferred not required 
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
