About the Role

Innovexis is looking for motivated and result-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing remote sales team. This role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with warm leads via calls and WhatsApp
• Explain Innovexis products/services clearly and confidently
• Build trust with prospects and handle objections
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Update lead status and sales data regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic sales or customer interaction experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Laptop and reliable internet connection
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
