Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct supervision, feedback, and ongoing training to RBTs
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical progress through data review
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers
• Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
• Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Eligible for licensure in Maryland
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical ABA experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
