Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record session data accurately and consistently
• Support clients with communication, social, play, daily living, and academic skills
• Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
• Follow protocols for behavior management and reinforcement
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions
• Communicate progress and challenges with supervising BCBA and families
Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification from the BACB (or enrolled in training program)
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented
