We are currently seeking a dedicated Critical Facilities Technician to join Insight Global's team in Fayetteville. As a Critical Facilities Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our critical facilities. This position is vital to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our facilities, which are essential for our operations. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the performance and resilience of our critical infrastructure.

As a Critical Facilities Technician at Insight Global, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical systems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. You will work on projects related to power distribution, cooling systems, and emergency backup systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring the reliability of mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on critical systems and equipment.
  • Monitor critical facility operations and respond to alarms or alerts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to power distribution systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new critical infrastructure equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, equipment readings, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical facility projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of critical facility systems, including UPS, HVAC, and generators.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Certifications such as CDCP, DCOM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation.

Compensation: 

$_25___/hr to $__55___/hr. 

 

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

 

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
